Add some sparkle to your projects with transparent glitter vinyl.  This permanent adhesive vinyl is translucent and provides a beautiful sparkle while allowing light to come through.  It's especially beautiful on glassware, glass blocks, windows and other items you wish to dress up with a sparkle.  You can also layer it over other types and colors of vinyl to add additional sparkling effects.
